Our delivery team is on schedule and (re)moving old furniture can be timely and unpredictable. For us not to miss our next slot we don’t offer this service. We recommend that you arrange for the old furniture to be discarded or moved out from the space your new Custo furniture will occupy before delivery.

Yes. You can place an order for additional legs after delivery by contacting us here. There will be an additional charge for the legs and on-site Custo care service to fix the legs and delivery.

Once your furniture piece is ready for delivery we will contact you with a selection of delivery time slots and find a convenient time for you. Please note that some estates and housing units have strict delivery policies for furniture. If you have a cargo or service lift in your building kindly attend our delivery team on this.

If you have already placed an order with us but you want to change the color, dimension or any aspect of your design, please contact us within the first 5 days from the date of your order. All our material is of premium quality and responsibly sourced from Europe. That means we do not buy from sources that contribute to the deforestation of our planet. Where possible, we choose FSC-sourced woods that are among the lowest in the industry in terms of formaldehyde. They are strong and the quality is tested before cutting. Why do our forest matters? We deliver your order between 6-10 weeks (excluding public holidays) from the time we receive your order. Custom orders take can be closer to 10weeks while orders made on our tool or aimed to be around 6weeks. During that time, we will send you progress messages via email so you are updated on the status of your Custo build. Our team will contact you with delivery time slot options once your Custo furniture is ready for delivery. We provide a 10-year warranty from the date of your purchase for damage that is not caused by negligence, misuse, normal wear-and-tear, and poor maintenance. As such, only product and material malfunctions are covered. The original purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase.

Yes our furniture is strong and rigid but since we have millions of options possible on our website and not all designs are suitable to be mount to the wall without touching the floor. With that, every wall is different and not all walls are able to hold furniture with all your favorite books. Conditions to hang furniture are therefore hard to predict. We provide you with ready-to-assemble furniture pieces. If you like to give your furniture an impression of a floating design, we suggest you opt for the black or gold legs that raise the furniture by 12cm. You can also get in touch with one of our designers here. We provide brackets so you can secure your furniture against the wall and prevent it from toppling over. Your furniture will have to stand on the floor.

We suggest a damp cloth with a gentle, non-abrasive soap to clean your Custo furniture. Start with a microfiber cloth and simply damp the cloth in hand-warm water. In most cases, this will be sufficient to remove any dust and dirt. If necessary, follow up with another dry microfiber cloth to soak up excess moisture.

Custo’s design platform is based on the metric system in line with our digital automation and fabrication. You can simply convert inches by multiplying your inches by 2.54.
